Confit Pots

Confit pots were originally used to preserve foods such as oils & meats. The pots were buried in the ground to keep a cold temperature. They were half glazed to keep them watertight and cool, which was less expensive than glazing the whole pot. We have several confit pots in stock; with their vibrant colours they'll make a stunning centre piece on any table, sideboard etc whether as a one off piece or grouped together in varying heights, sizes and colouring.
